Action Shot

When I used to be a resident at Odyssey, we would have to do demos for folks...I always thought it was kind of funny for me to do demos because coiling sculptures is a very slow process. I would get about one or two inches built on my sculptures by the time a potter threw 25 mugs! Not quite as entertaining as watching a potter on the wheel, but the finished products of each process can both be great. So I thought I would post this "action shot" of me making a sculpture in my new series of lamps.
